The position involves collaborating with various stakeholder groups within PRS, including Underwriting, Operations, Risk Consulting, Sales, Claims, Marketing, and Product. The primary focus is to understand implementation needs and ensure effective communication and training for new product-driven changes. The role requires identifying the impact of proposed changes at a state-specific level, which may not be immediately recognized by others. Additionally, participation in strategic project prioritization discussions with product leadership is essential, providing guidance on potential impacts when changes are being considered. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution is a key responsibility, which includes identifying focus areas, creating and executing test cases, and partnering with stakeholders on defect prioritization and corrections. For larger rollout initiatives, the role involves identifying adverse trends post-implementation and collaborating with project leads to address any gaps in requirements, communication, and training. Maintaining a continuous feedback loop with PRS stakeholder groups is crucial to support their understanding of core strategies and make necessary adjustments following project implementation. The position also requires tracking project implementation needs, issues, and solutions for large initiatives, and working seamlessly across PRS departments to influence and guide those outside of the direct reporting structure.
