About The Position

It's a unique role that blends the relationship-driven responsibilities of a Personal Account Manager with the growth mindset of a Personal Risk Advisor. In this position, you’ll manage a smaller-than-average book of personal insurance clients while also having dedicated time and resources to pursue new business opportunities. We’re looking for someone who’s organized and client-focused but also motivated to build their own book— and earn commission on every new policy or client they bring in . Requirements

  • Mississippi Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Experience in personal insurance service or sales (either or both)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-through skills
  • Tech savvy (experience with agency management systems)
  • Consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Proficient in technology tools such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems
  • Ability to manage time independently and maintain an organized pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agency management systems (AMS360 a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary service contact for your assigned book of personal lines clients.
  • Handle policy changes, billing questions, ID cards, and renewal strategy in collaboration with our internal team.
  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and informed throughout the life of their policies.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through relationships, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Conduct personal risk assessments to understand client exposures and tailor coverage recommendations.
  • Present proposals and onboard new clients with clarity, care, and confidence.
  • Receive new business and renewal commission on accounts you personally bring into the agency.
