We’re currently seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Executive to join our office and support the growing needs of our Helena clients. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property & casualty personal lines (Preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets
• Active Montana Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude
• Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers
• Promote and adhere to up-sell, cross-sell, and round-out requirements toward all existing and prospective customers
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and care
• Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages
• Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic)
