About The Position

At KenCrest, we believe people do their best when they are supported with respect, care, and opportunity. As a Personal Outcomes Champion, you play a key role in making sure individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive services that reflect who they are and what matters to them. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who enjoys being present in programs, supporting staff, and solving problems with purpose. You will oversee multiple residential homes, guide Program Managers, and help ensure services are safe, compliant, and truly person centered. Most importantly, you will be an advocate for the people we support and a steady presence for the teams who support them every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Supervisory experience in the I/DD field required
  • Certification in Medication Administration for the state of Delaware
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training, including CPR and First Aid
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned homes each week to support staff, observe services, and ensure people are receiving quality care
  • Supervise and coach Program Managers, helping them grow as confident leaders
  • Step in to support Direct Support Professionals when leadership coverage is needed
  • Ensure services follow state regulations, licensing requirements, and KenCrest policies
  • Review key records such as ISP documentation, medication logs, health plans, and safety paperwork
  • Work closely with nursing staff to support the health and medical needs of individuals
  • Help teams plan meaningful goals and outcomes with individuals at the center of every decision
  • Review staffing schedules and budgets to use resources responsibly and limit overtime when possible
  • Promote safety through training, monitoring, and timely response to incidents
  • Advocate for individuals by protecting their rights, voices, and personal choices
