Requirements

2+ years of experience in personal insurance, customer service, or account management.
Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Sales aptitude with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
Manage accounts for personal insurance lines, including home, auto, and umbrella policies, while addressing client inquiries, concerns, and coverage needs.
Review and assess client insurance requirements to provide customized recommendations that align with their needs and risk exposures.
Assist clients in policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and updates to ensure appropriate coverage is maintained.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services to expand coverage and enhance value for clients.
Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for service improvement and potential product gaps.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Stay informed on the latest insurance products, services, and industry regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and informed advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, enhance workflows, and meet company goals.
