Requirements

• Active 2-20 or 20-44 FL P&C license
• Experience with FL homeowners + auto
• Citizens familiarity
• Proven sales production in fast pace
• Fluent English + Spanish

• Non-standard auto experience
• Coaching or mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
• Write and service FL home and auto policies
• Quote fast through QQ Catalyst, EZLynx, QuoteRush
• Manage inbound/referral leads; hit <15-min response
• Resolve underwriting issues (Citizens + standard markets)
• Track production and retention metrics in QQ Catalyst
• Deliver clean handoffs and smooth client experience
