About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Property & Casualty insurance, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, evaluate exposures, and provide exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to customer service, a deep understanding of insurance coverages, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
  • State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, charts, and tables), Word, and other MS Office products
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms
  • Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier sites (EPIC preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach to customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trust with peers
  • Deep understanding of client requirements, competitive markets, and industry trends
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex situations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes
  • Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarketing
  • Make coverage recommendations to clients
  • Utilize comparative rater tools to obtain quotes
  • Handle agency billing transactions (where applicable)
  • Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers
  • Review binding documents for accuracy
  • Conduct contract reviews
  • Round out accounts and promote additional services
  • Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
  • Organize and manage documents in EPIC
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
  • Leverage templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications
  • Create and assign activities in EPIC
  • Pull relevant documents such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, and RCE as needed
