About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Risk Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized insurance advice and exceptional service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one to three years of customer service or insurance-related experience; prior experience in Personal Lines insurance preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license preferred but not required. (Company paid to attain and maintain CE)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
  • Alignment with company values, ethical standards, and a strong sense of integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40 or more hours per week
  • Frequent use of computer, phone, and other communication tools
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to read and interpret standard documents and correspondence
  • Occasional travel for client meetings or professional development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized insurance advice and guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
  • Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, costs, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions
  • Conduct meetings with current and prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually to assess and review insurance needs.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service.
  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other changes accurately within the agency management system.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in reporting claims and provide support as needed in coordination with the Claims Advocate.
  • Participate in required training, team meetings, and compliance initiatives to stay informed on industry best practices and company standards.
