About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Rater & Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required upon hire; must be willing to obtain the license if not already certified.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.
This is a fully onsite position; remote work is not available. Candidates must be local or willing to commute.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote new and renewal business for personal lines insurance accounts.
Handle incoming calls, gather client information, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Support the Account Manager and other team members in administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a focus on client retention and building long-term relationships.
