We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage.

  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs including but not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs.
  • Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotations to potential clients, clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Review current policy renewals to look for potential cross-sell opportunities and potential gaps in coverage.
  • Communicate with clients regarding increased renewal premiums while looking for potential savings during coverage reviews and remarket to different carriers as necessary.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in personal lines insurance products.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.
  • Valid Property and Casualty License.
  • 5 years of experience in personal lines sales.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritize risks to manage concurrent workflow.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.
  • Knowledge and experience with Mercury Insurance is a must.
  • Must possess a developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace.
  • Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360.
