Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.
• Insurance licensing required.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with diverse clients.
• A professional with experience in insurance brokerage or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Responsibilities

• Market customer business of moderate to high complexity to a variety of insurance carriers.
• Evaluate companies to ensure they meet marketplace qualifications.
• Collaborate with account teams to process requests for quotations.
• Analyze client exposures and recommend risk transfer/financing solutions.
• Identify the best carriers, negotiate favorable quotes, and prepare recommendations.
• Work independently with limited supervision while referring complex questions to senior specialists or management.
