Requirements

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients maintain their policies and handle inquiries.
  • Process documentation related to client accounts.
  • Engage with clients through calls and emails to gather necessary information and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client needs are handled promptly and accurately.
