NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in servicing client accounts and requires a proactive approach to account management. The Account Manager (AM) will work closely with Advisors, Client Executives, and Account Executives to ensure that client needs are met effectively. The AM will manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, collaborating with Sales Leaders to deliver exceptional service. This position involves significant communication with clients and carriers, necessitating strong verbal and written communication skills. The AM will also prepare materials for presentations and assist team members with day-to-day client servicing tasks. In this role, the AM will maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts, taking an active leadership role in client meetings. The position is not sales-focused but supports the Producer in delivering services. The AM will have an assigned book of business, ensuring full servicing responsibilities for clients. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility to work from home or in our Southampton, NY office. We are open to fully remote options for well-experienced candidates, particularly those located in the NY tri-state area. Candidates should have experience in high net-worth/private client group account servicing and possess consultative skills to effectively address client needs.
