Requirements

  • Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Experience in client or customer facing roles required
  • 2+ years of Personal Lines and/or insurance industry experience required
  • You are personable and comfortable communicating with clients on the phone, via email, and in-person
  • You are able to build strong and positive client relationships
  • You're positive, professional, respectful, and kind
  • You have a strong and unwavering commitment to client confidentiality
  • You have a client-first mentality and are committed to excellence, integrity, and professionalism
  • You maintain positive and ethical relations with all professional contacts

  • Farms and Agriculture insurance knowledge preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned book of business, including building rapport with clients, answering their day-to-day questions (change requests, coverage questions, etc.), and supporting their renewal process.
  • Timely handling of all incoming communication from clients and carriers
  • Verify policy and change information, facilitating corrections when necessary
  • Process cancellation correspondence
  • Review renewal offer from carrier for accuracy, determining if the policy needs to be remarketed or bound
  • Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in agency's CRM
