The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Requirements

High school or bachelor's degree
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Punctual, Reliable and Organized
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with team members or independently

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls as back up
Perform personal lines administrative dutes as needed
Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes
Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed
Work and monitor a daily task list
Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training.
