About The Position
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Personal Lines Agent to grow our insurance business. If you’re motivated by sales, love connecting with clients, and want to build a strong book of business with a trusted organization, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of insurance experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- KS/MO P&C + Life & Health Licenses (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influence skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- CISR/CIC preferred
Responsibilities
- Hit (and exceed) new business sales goals
- Develop quotes, deliver presentations, and close deals
- Build and retain strong client and carrier relationships
- Prospect new business through referrals, networking, and internal partnerships
- Support clients through coverage placement and claims guidance
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records
- Partner with Account Management to deliver exceptional service
