Kaplansky Insurance, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager. This vacancy is for the Concord, MA office! Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
  • Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with agency management software; Applied Epic experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, policy renewals, claims, and updates.
  • Review and analyze clients’ current policies, recommending tailored coverage solutions to best fit their individual needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products, enhancing client protection and agency growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Actively contribute to new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines policies and earning commission-based incentives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed, up-to-date guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support agency success.
