Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Hanover, MA. Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager
• Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in agency management software; Applied Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction
