This position requires being onsite at the Thomasville, GA office. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts. Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Active property and casualty license.
  • 2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
  • Experience Cross-selling and Upselling.
  • Insurance sales experience.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of Insurance business.
  • Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
  • Collect and analyze client information.
  • Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
  • Achieves established sales goals.
  • Provides marketing expertise.
  • Provides networking opportunities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
