Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
2-3+ years of experience in an insurance agency is preferred.
Strong communication and phone skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business, provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, cross-selling, and upselling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently (prior experience with EPIC is a plus).
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and productive work environment.
Support the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for new business and contributing to the overall success of the team.
