Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing mid-sized agency. This role is integral to the team, providing exceptional service to the clients while supporting a producers in managing and growing their accounts. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, and negotiating with carriers
- Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be located within 2-3 hours of the office for remote work eligibility
Responsibilities
- Quote and market new and renewal business for personal lines accounts
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients
- Collaborate closely with producers to support client needs and account growth
- Maintain and manage client accounts using EPIC software
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements
