About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team. This role involves managing a book of business, providing A-Z servicing for personal lines accounts, and supporting producers in placing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a hybrid position, with a preference for candidates who can work onsite.

Requirements

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Proficiency in AMS360 and EZLynx (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business worth approximately $350,000 in revenue, with account sizes ranging from $500 to $3,000.
• Provide end-to-end servicing for personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Assist producers in placing new business with standard carriers such as Auto-Owners, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Hagerty, Chubb, AIG, and Vault.
• Utilize AMS360 and EZLynx for rating and account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 Account Managers and 2 support staff across Florida and Georgia.

• Base Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 annually
• Commission : 25% of new business sourced in the first year
