Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • State property and casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar professional software.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance experience and familiarity with Epic or similar insurance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather marketing data for new and renewal quotes in collaboration with clients and sales executives.
  • Obtain and review quotes from carriers, preparing detailed coverage analyses.
  • Utilize carrier systems for quotes, loss runs, billing information, and policy documents.
  • Broaden your industry knowledge through continuing education opportunities.
  • Follow HUB’s Broker Standards policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
