We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with our team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. This position involves managing a book of personal lines accounts that is based in the state of Indiana. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them with their insurance needs. Whether it’s answering questions about billing, coverage, claims, or policy changes, you’ll provide clear and helpful guidance. You’ll also ensure that client and policy information is accurate and up-to-date in our systems. Your work will directly contribute to our clients’ satisfaction and loyalty, and you’ll play a part in shaping their overall experience with Gallagher. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll help us deliver the high-quality service we’re known for. Plus, you’ll support the growth of our Personal Lines team by aligning your efforts with our business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
  • Active P/C Producer's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Appropriate licensing as required
  • A passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex insurance topics in simple terms
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service and contributing to a positive client experience
