We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional service to our middle-market clients in California. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring our clients receive tailored solutions and outstanding service. You’ll work closely with internal teams to lead the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. By building strong relationships with clients and carriers, you’ll help drive client satisfaction and retention while contributing to Gallagher’s culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
  • An active California Property and Casualty Producer’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, manage competing priorities, and work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of middle-market personal insurance and experience managing client and carrier relationships (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing care and support.
  • Partnering with the Production team to deliver high-quality, timely solutions during the renewal process.
  • Driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage to meet client goals.
  • Managing client and carrier relationships to address risk management needs.
  • Taking on special projects as assigned to support team and business objectives.
