Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proven ability to manage personal lines accounts effectively. Compensation Package Salary Range : $45,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) Incentives : Commission opportunities (25% on new business, 15% on renewals) Benefits : Health insurance available (individual-friendly) Short-term disability, accident, and critical illness coverage Remote Work : 1 day remote per week after 90 days of training/onboarding Responsibilities As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will: Manage personal lines accounts from start to finish, including handling inbound calls, billing, claims, quoting new business, and remarketing. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships. Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet client needs. Handle accounts with an average premium of $2,000, with some accounts reaching up to $10,000 in premium. Work with various carriers, including Patriot, Andover, USLI, Chubb, Foremost, Guard, Hanover, and others. Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred. Candidates with experience in captives or carriers are encouraged to apply. Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
