Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 3-10 years of experience in personal lines account management, with a strong focus on servicing accounts
• Proficiency in agency management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, demonstrating discipline and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in independent agencies is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts valued at $1 million
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Process new and renewal quotes efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
• Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and documentation
