Requirements
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a personal lines insurance book of business, handling policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, quoting, binding, and re-marketing to ensure optimal coverage and value
- Deliver exceptional client service, responding promptly to inquiries, issuing ID cards and proof of insurance, assisting with claims, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance, maintaining complete client files and adhering to agency and carrier guidelines and procedures
