About The Position
Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Columbia, KY. This role is responsible for providing continuous service to all personal lines new and existing clients and assisting the producer in retention of business, as well as seeking growth opportunities within the book of business. Through servicing, the Account Manager will develop a thorough knowledge of the accounts, becoming a liaison between the insured, the producer, or other departments within the agency and the carriers.
