About The Position
At NavSav, we are excited to announce an opening for a Personal Lines Account Manager in our Leland, NC office. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year. As a rapidly growing independent agency with over 75 locations across the United States, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. Our agency has access to over 150 carriers, which allows us to achieve higher retention and close rates, making this an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with new business growth and maintaining relationships with our clients. We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual who is eager to contribute to our success. You will be part of a dynamic team that values ambition, innovation, and collaboration. Your contributions will help shape the future of NavSav as we continue to expand and enhance our services in the insurance industry. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will engage with clients to sell various insurance products, including auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, and umbrella insurance. You will also be responsible for renewing, remarketing, and reviewing customer accounts, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service, as well as the ability to meet monthly retention goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
