About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, particularly in the HNW space, and the ability to manage accounts with premiums ranging from $25K to $100K. This position is ideally hybrid/onsite, but are open to remote candidates within Illinois who have EPIC experience and can hit the ground running. Compensation Package Salary: Up to $90K–$100K for highly qualified candidates who can seamlessly integrate into the role. Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the High Net Worth personal lines insurance space.
Familiarity with carriers such as AIG, Chubb, Pure, and Berkley is highly preferred.
Experience with EPIC software is strongly desired.
Candidates from captive insurance backgrounds will be considered based on experience and compensation expectations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid or remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, with a focus on High Net Worth clients.
Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $25K to $100K.
Work with a variety of carriers, including Auto-Owners, Cincinnati, West Bend, AIG, Chubb, Pure, and Berkley.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with team members to maintain and grow client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and carrier offerings to provide the best possible service.
