The Personal Lines Account Administrator plays a crucial role in assisting with sales and servicing Personal Lines accounts. This position involves quoting, processing, and marketing new personal lines business, as well as managing changes and renewals through effective communication with insured clients, the company, and Account Executives. The administrator will also handle billing and invoicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements, while assisting the Accounting Department with account reconciliations. Maintaining accounts according to established procedures and staying informed about market trends and new coverages are essential functions of this role. Direct communication with company underwriters is also a key responsibility, along with performing other specific duties and projects as assigned.
