About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a $2 million premium book of business while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a driven, team-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty (PC) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a $2 million premium book of business, focusing on personal home and auto accounts
- Drive new business sales and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business
- Maintain and retain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes
