About The Position

Forward Insurance Agency in Stanley is looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Personal Insurance Account Manager to support our clients, producers, and carrier partners. In this role, you’ll help manage personal insurance policies and renewals, assist with coverage changes, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service and timely support. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• One year of experience in a banking or insurance industry role is preferred.
• Valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty are a plus or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.
• Positive attitude with superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage questions
• Support customers & producers by preparing and marketing personal insurance options
• Review client accounts for cross-sell opportunities and coverage needs
• Process incoming calls, emails, and mail related to client service requests
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
• Assist with policy changes, payments, cancellations, and daily deposits
• Help clients submit claims and follow up with insurance carriers
• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners
