As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will manage approximately 65 to 75 personal injury cases at the point the case is opened and claims are opened through demand. You are responsible for medically managing files, supporting attorneys, and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and correctly. This role requires strong client communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage details without losing momentum. Approximately 90 percent of cases resolve for policy limits We do not run a volume, low-value practice We focus on quality cases, handled with discipline and intention Files are worked, not parked Performance matters here

Requirements

  • 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience

Responsibilities

  • Medically manage cases to ensure clients receive appropriate care
  • Maintain consistent, compassionate, and professional client communication
  • Manage liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims
  • Handle property damage issues
  • Prepare and finalize demand packages.
  • Work closely with attorneys and leadership to drive strong case outcomes, you must be comfortable using AI tools and various software
