Requirements

• Comfort working in a paper-based, non-digital workflow
• Willingness to adapt to established, traditional processes
• Experience supporting plaintiff-side or defense-side litigation matters
• Ability to manage long-term, complex cases independently
• Strong discovery coordination and deadline management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage ~30 active medical malpractice and personal injury cases
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and litigation documents
• Coordinate discovery distribution, tracking, and deadlines
• File documents in both state and federal courts
• Manage complex scheduling for depositions, experts, and hearings
• Maintain organized case files and deadline tracking
• Support attorneys through all phases of trial preparation
