About The Position

I am recruiting for a CT Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm who seeks a skilled litigation attorney with the demonstrated capability to zealously advocate for clients.

Requirements

• Admitted to CT Bar in good standing
• Proficient in all phases of litigation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professional written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people
• Adept at working efficiently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Balance working independently and collaborating with others
• Proactive results-focused work ethic
• personal injury litigation: 5 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Personal injury trial experience with proven trial successes is a MUST
• Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
• Review, analyze, and evaluate all case information and investigative materials
• Accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice deadlines
• Negotiate, settle, and try plaintiff personal injury cases
• Timely communication with clients and medical providers
• Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
• Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staff
• Occasional travel to CT courts
• Follow the firm’s operating procedures and case management guidelines
