We are currently looking for a Personal Injury Senior Attorney to join our growing team. As a Senior Attorney at Bader Law, you’ll take the lead on complex personal injury cases while guiding clients through all stages of litigation. You’ll also support junior attorneys and paralegals, helping to elevate team performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing
• 3–6 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Extensive knowledge of Georgia personal injury law and procedures
• Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage high caseloads and meet strict court deadlines
• Proficient in legal research and case management software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with superior time management skills
• A team-focused mindset and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience with a proven track record of successful verdicts and settlements (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of personal injury cases, including medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence.
• Interview clients to assess the strength of their claims and establish trust.
• Provide legal counsel, setting expectations and educating clients on their rights.
• Keep clients updated on case progress and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Develop and execute case strategies in alignment with current Georgia personal injury laws.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals and economists to build strong cases.
• Guide cases from intake through resolution, including trial where necessary.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to foster team growth and performance.
• Participate in case strategy sessions and ensure procedural compliance across the team.
• Share knowledge of evolving trends in personal injury law and litigation best practices.
• Represent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development efforts.
• Attend legal seminars and continuing education to stay current on relevant developments.
