We are one of the fastest-growing plaintiff personal injury law firms in California and are looking to hire the best experienced people for these multiple positions. The positions we are hiring for include: 1) Intake Department Assistant, who will take initial calls from individuals with injuries and accidents seeking assistance with their cases. This role requires knowledge of personal injury cases to determine if we will accept and represent the injured party. 2) Senior Case Manager, responsible for enhancing the quality of client management and maximizing satisfaction. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client care cycle, including assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client's health and human services needs. A certified case manager with serious injury case management experience is a plus. 3) Demand Writer, who will write detailed demands to be presented to the insurance company after the client has completed their treatments. This role requires prior experience in assembling a package that includes medical reports, bills, and pictures. 4) Breakdown Department Negotiator, who must have experience in doing breakdowns, disbursements, and negotiations to reduce medical provider bills. This position requires an aggressive and goal-oriented approach. You will not be considered unless you have experience in any of the above roles within a personal injury firm already.
