Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
  • Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Permanently resides in the U.S.
  • Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.

Nice To Haves

  • Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
  • Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
  • Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
  • Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
