Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients as the liaison between physician and law offices.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Coordinate and facilitate patient appointments through referring providers and law offices.
  • Collaborate with internal providers and external law offices to ensure the delivery of appropriate services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using document management systems such as Excel, EMR, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of medical and legal documents.
  • Monitor client progress and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Coordinate invoices and liens with law offices.
  • Market and network with lawyers, chiropractors, and physicians.
