About The Position
The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing a caseload of 50-70 pre-litigation files from start to finish. This includes overseeing the entire process from intake to demand, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and that each case is handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury pre-litigation, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of legal case management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders. The position is full-time, with a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, and is based in Pasadena, CA. Candidates must be prepared to work in person and will not have the option to work remotely. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Armenian, are preferred to better serve a diverse client base.
