About The Position
The Personal Injury Case Manager will support the Personal Injury attorney by managing pre-litigation matters, conducting client interviews, and coordinating with various departments. This role involves overseeing approximately 115 to 125 cases, gathering evidence, negotiating settlements, and ensuring effective communication with clients and insurance carriers. The Case Manager will also participate in investigations and assist in the settlement process, all while maintaining compliance with the firm's policies and procedures.
