About The Position

The Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, LLP is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join their team in Bergen County. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment and requires candidates to manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Injury Attorney in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with legal database software, Needles/Neos is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, and SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in handling complex personal injury cases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based legal management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of 75-100 personal injury files from intake through settlement/trial.
• Draft Complaints, Motions, and responsive pleadings, as well as settlement documents.
• Conduct depositions and attend all Court hearings.
• Maintain meticulous cloud-based paperless files.
• File PIP Arbitrations/Lawsuits when necessary.
• Maintain a Tally of PIP Ledgers, EOBs, Health Insurance, Medicare and/or Medicaid records.
