About The Position

LaBovick Law Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and client satisfaction. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for regular client interactions, providing clear updates and explanations regarding the progress and strategy of their cases. You will also perform comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, statutes, and case law, developing and implementing effective legal strategies tailored to each case. In this role, you will draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and settlement agreements. You will oversee the discovery process, gather and analyze evidence, and negotiate with opposing parties to achieve favorable settlements. Representing clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will advocate effectively on their behalf. Additionally, you will conduct detailed case evaluations, assessing the merits and risks of each case to provide clients with realistic expectations and strategic advice. Collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff is essential to ensure coordinated and comprehensive case management.
