Requirements
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Demonstrated experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to negotiate settlements independently
- Solid understanding of Florida personal injury and insurance law
Nice To Haves
- Prior litigation experience (preferred, not required)
- Working knowledge of Florida insurance issues, including PIP, property damage, and basic coverage analysis
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle pre-suit personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements independently
- Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues under Florida law
