This position involves selling cruise vacation packages through outbound and inbound calls, developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales. Responsibilities include managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, scheduling follow-ups, and converting leads into reservations. A customer-centered approach is important for building long-term relationships, repeat business and referrals. The role requires working independently to consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets. Promote and sell Carnival Cruise Line cruises for Australia by engaging with guests and following up on leads through both inbound and outbound calls. The role requires meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, including making changes, upgrades, and additions to current bookings. Maintain a database of customer contacts to close sales. Regularly update the database and set reminders to reach customers, promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Attend mandatory training and meetings regularly with your coach and management team. Some sessions may be ad hoc, but participation is required. Present cruise products and provide tailored travel recommendations. Maintain and enhance relationships with past and current guests while proactively seeking new business opportunities. Perform additional job-related functions as assigned.
