About The Position

As a Personal Experience Representative, you’ll guide members through their Personal Teller Machine (PTM) experience while providing exceptional service via video technology. You’ll represent 7 17 Credit Union’s values of honesty, integrity, trust, empathy, and teamwork—helping members achieve their financial goals in a modern, connected way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of customer service experience (financial experience preferred).
• Comfortable and professional on camera
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, member-focused attitude and team spirit
• Must be bondable throughout employment.
• Ability to work flexible hours within department schedule.
• Adherence to professional dress code and workstation standards.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently using video technology.
• Educate and assist members on PTM use, ensuring a positive, helpful experience.
• Proactively identify and recommend financial solutions to meet member needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to support members effectively.
• Balance daily virtual transactions accurately and follow established policies.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally—on camera and in all interactions.
