A retired professional on the Upper East Side is seeking a well-seasoned executive assistant to manage a complex professional/home environment. The role is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and starts January 15th, 2026. The position is located in a small residential business office, and you will be working in the home with the principal employer. There will also be minimal coordination with one part-time co-worker (bookkeeper) who is on-site at the business office. The executive assistant and household manager will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the employer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of both the employer’s office and household. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who values discretion, collaboration, and professionalism. The position involves managing correspondence, maintaining calendars, coordinating household logistics, and working closely with staff to ensure the highest level of organization and efficiency.
