Requirements

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and caring personality
  • Strong desire to help others as a professional Caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Support daily living activities including light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders and companionship
  • Work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes
  • Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion
  • Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
